This page explains what the working founding forms save today, what is not collected yet, and what must be in place before profiles and bookings become public.

Founding helper applications
The form saves your chosen contact method, ZIP code, activities, schedule, background, abilities, rates, confirmations, and the profile photo you select. Previously submitted applications may also contain vehicle information.
💚
Customer portal and history
The site connects your signed-in account to your requests, approximate area, interests, matched helpers, completed experiences, and ratings so you can find someone you used before.
🔔
Match notifications
Portal updates are saved first. When email delivery is configured, the site tries to send request and accepted-match alerts. Text notifications are coming soon and are currently unavailable. Use email and your account portal for updates. You will be able to choose whether to receive texts when the feature launches. Login verification codes are handled separately by the account provider.
⌖
Location tools
City and ZIP searches center the map. If you choose GPS, the site rounds the coordinates used in the browser and does not publish a home address.
✨
Community requests
The short title, broad category, city or ZIP, and timing are public. Your email and private details are saved for follow-up but are never returned on the public board.
✈️
Helper travel plans
A helper’s matching email or mobile number connects a travel plan to the profile during private review. Destination area, dates, offers, and an optional travel rate remain private until the helper and trip are approved.
📈
Town demand logs
The site counts broad categories people search or request in each city, ZIP, port, or destination area. It does not attach these aggregate counts to a public name, email, exact address, or GPS coordinate.
⭐
Two-way ratings and stories
Customers and helpers can rate one another only after a completed outing. Customer stories, photos, and videos remain private unless the customer requests public sharing, confirms permission, and the content is approved.
How a helper photo is handled
Prepared on your device
The browser resizes the image and creates a fresh JPEG before upload. That makes the file smaller and removes embedded metadata such as the original photo’s GPS details.
Private until reviewed
The founding photo is stored privately for application review and profile preparation. Uploading it does not automatically publish it. After review and profile approval, a limited preview may appear marked “Under review.” Requests remain closed for preview profiles; enabled profiles may receive test requests. Neither status proves formal screening.
Website traffic counts
We count views of selected public pages, clicks that start a plan and successfully saved requests. The owner sees daily totals by page and broad source, such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT or a direct visit. The counts do not store names, email addresses, search terms, full referring URLs or request details. A temporary source label in this browser tab links a visit to its starting page for up to 30 minutes; it does not contain a visitor ID or use an advertising cookie. Standard anti-abuse checks may use a hashed connection identifier. We skip this optional counting when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
What is not collected or active yet
No card numbers
Customer payments and helper payouts are not active, so this site does not ask for card or bank details.
Clear approval status
Applications and photos stay private unless a limited profile preview is approved. Preview profiles are marked “Under review”; enabled profiles can receive test requests. These labels do not verify formal screening or insurance.
Matched conversations stay private
Private messages open only after a helper accepts. Confidential safety reports go to the owner dashboard; future-contact blocking is still being completed.
No completed screening
Formal identity and background screening arrangements and insurance safeguards remain unfinished for paid launch. An enabled test profile is not evidence that these checks are complete.
Your choices
Will my photo appear as soon as I upload it?
No. It is held privately for review and never published automatically. A limited profile preview may appear only after approval, with its verification status shown clearly.
Why should I keep my confirmation code?
It identifies the form you submitted and helps support locate the correct private record. Signed-in customers can also see connected request history in their portal.
Can I decide not to continue?
Yes. A founding form does not commit you to a job, screening, a public profile, or paid work. If the team contacts you, you can decline and ask that the application not move forward.
What appears when I post a community request?
The short request, closest category, general area, and timing become visible immediately after automated safety checks. Do not put an exact address, phone number, email, or private details in the public title.
Who can rate someone?
Only the customer and helper connected to a completed request can rate each other. Customer ratings about helpers may appear on the helper’s profile after permission and review. Ratings about customers remain private for safety and matching.
When does a request become a match?
Choosing a helper sends that person an offer. It becomes a match only when the helper accepts it in the work portal. Both people then see the confirmed match and receive the updates available for their chosen contact methods.
What happens to experience photos and videos?
They are stored privately first. Photos are resized before display. Videos are uploaded as provided, so use a copy without private location metadata. Public sharing requires permission from every recognizable person and owner review. Email addresses, exact locations, and private request notes are never added by the site.
Why does the site count repeated local needs?
When the same broad need is searched or requested more than once in an area, the site can offer it as a useful starting option for that community. These are aggregate demand counts, not public activity histories for individual people.
How do I contact Find Someone To Go about my information?
Email findsomeonetogo@gmail.com. Include your confirmation number when possible so we can find the correct request or profile.
What still has to be added before paid public launch?
A formal retention process, final legal terms, screening rules, future-contact blocking, and payment-provider notices must be finalized before paid bookings open.
Founding-stage promise
Information submitted now is for evaluating interest, preparing profiles, and planning the Sarasota launch. It is not sold, used for unrelated advertising, or made public automatically.
