How do I know it’s confirmed?
Your plan says Confirmed appointment after both people agree to the same day and time. You can then use Messages to agree on the meeting place and ask questions.

What will I pay?
Each helper sets their own rate. Online payments are not active yet, and displayed totals are planning examples. The complete price and coverage must be confirmed before paid work begins.
Read about prices and paymentsCan a helper drive me?
No. Arrange your own transportation and meet the helper at the agreed place. Helpers do not transport passengers.
Can I change my mind?
You can cancel an active request from My plans. Check its status and message your helper if your plans change.
Can I request the same person again?
Yes. Completed appointments keep your previous helpers on My plans, so you can ask them again.
Who is this for?
Adults 18 and older, with no upper age limit. This is everyday help and company for activities. Medical and personal care are outside the service.
