These temporary terms describe what the current website does and does not provide. Final marketplace terms require legal review before paid matching opens.
Using the current website
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. There is no upper age limit. Founding applications, requests, matches, private messages, reviews, and travel availability may be saved for account use, safety review, and product preparation. A pilot request or match does not create employment, a paid booking, a payment obligation, or a guarantee that help will be available.

People, photos, prices, reviews, availability, badges, and matches are examples unless clearly identified as approved live information.
Prohibited use
Do not submit illegal, dangerous, discriminatory, romantic, sexual, medical, emergency, caregiving, misleading, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. Passenger and item transportation are prohibited: helpers cannot pick up, deliver, drive, give rides to, or otherwise transport clients, any other person, or items. Everyone must arrange their own transportation and meet at the task or activity. Truck help, hauling, and moving are not offered. Pet-care requests and trade referrals are unavailable while their additional safeguards are completed. Do not attempt to access private records or interfere with the website.
Future marketplace relationship
Before paid services open, separate final terms must explain the marketplace role, worker relationship, eligibility, screening, insurance, payments, fees, cancellations, disputes, liability, suspension, termination, and governing law.
Important limitation
Do not rely on the prototype for emergency assistance, medical care, transportation, personal safety, or time-critical help. Call the appropriate emergency or professional service when needed.
