These rules protect both the person requesting help and the person earning money.
Community expectations
- Use the marketplace only for lawful, clearly described activities and everyday help.
- Respect boundaries, accessibility needs, time, property, privacy, and the right to end an interaction.
- Keep communication about the request. This is not a dating or romantic-contact service.
- Give accurate information about identity, abilities, experience, equipment, licenses, insurance, rates, and availability.
- Leave honest ratings only for completed outings you personally took part in. Do not threaten, trade, or pressure someone for a particular rating.
- Upload a photo or video only when every recognizable person has clearly agreed to be shown.
- Do not pressure anyone to pay or communicate outside the platform.
- Do not share another person’s address, contact details, health information, photos, messages, or private circumstances.
Requests that do not belong here
No emergencies, nursing, medication management, hands-on personal care, childcare, weapons, illegal activity, sexual services, harassment, discrimination, hazardous materials, commercial moving, unverified regulated work, passenger rides, item transport, or requests that require a person to ignore a safety limit.
Meet at the task or activity
Helpers do not transport clients or items. Pickup, delivery, truck help, hauling, and moving are not offered. Everyone arranges their own transportation. Shopping help means meeting at the store; household help can include putting groceries away or organizing mail already at home.
Reporting
Report unsafe, misleading, discriminatory, romantic, financial, or off-platform pressure. Serious or repeated violations may lead to pausing or removal while the matter is reviewed.
